There are several stages in this procedure. We start off with a session in the sauna, where your body gradually warms up, and the sweating process begins as your pores open. This is assisted by waving birch besoms to get airflow going. The warmth and the aroma of the besoms soothes your emotional and physical stress. After this, take a short break with a warm shower and a cup of herbal tea. Next you return to the sauna to enjoy a massage with natural scrub – peeling of your whole body. This peeling exfoliates skin, removes dead cells, improves circulation and helps you to sweat. After another showerand a rest we go to the sauna once again for a delicious honey mask all over your skin and an energizing flagellation with aromatic birch besoms. Peeling treatment in Sauna
The procedure begins with warming up in the sauna until the first drops of sweat appear. For every person it is a very individual time of 15 to 30 minutes. This is followed by a short break and an herbal tea. On the second visit to the sauna, a peeling massage is performed for the whole body using freshly made body scrub or abrasive peeling gloves and a mild soap foam. After the peeling massage, it is time to take a shower and cool down. At the end of the procedure, with a light massage movement, a skin care cream is applied to the skin. Skin is richly moisturized, nourished and toned, it gives a velvety feeling and pleasant smell.
